These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the State of Madison Patrol Management ("SOMPM," "we," "us," or "our") services, including Discord bots, Roblox integrations, and associated platforms. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Services" means SOMPM's Discord bots, Roblox integrations, and related platforms.
  • "User" refers to anyone accessing SOMPM services.
  • "Content" includes all data, messages, or materials submitted via our services.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

  • You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Roblox’s Terms and Discord’s Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord and Roblox accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • No unauthorized access, cheating, or exploiting bugs in our services.
  • No harassment, impersonation, or spreading misinformation.
  • No scraping, automation, or reverse engineering of our systems.
  • No violations of Roblox’s or Discord’s policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All SOMPM content, software, and designs are owned by us or licensed to us. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect Discord/Roblox IDs for operational purposes but will not sell your data.

6. DMCA & Copyright

To report copyright infringement, contact us via Discord with: (1) identification of the work, (2) your contact info, (3) a statement of good faith, and (4) a signature.

7. Termination

We may terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimers

SOMPM services are provided "as is." We are not liable for:

  • Roblox, Hosting, Database or Discord service disruptions.
  • User misconduct or third-party actions.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Arbitration

Mandatory Individual Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Illinois, USA. You waive rights to class actions or jury trials.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Illinois law, excluding conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and will notify users via Discord announcements. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. General

  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
  • Force Majeure: Not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., outages, natural disasters).
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive future enforcement.
